I understand thata 30 day notice must be emailed to un-enroll from class.

I understand that by registering my student they will automatically be included in future recital performances, and fees for this will be posted to my account when these performances arise.  If I do not wish for my student to participate i will email programs@idanzperformingarts.com and give notice.

I understand that tuition is due on the first day of every month. If not paid by the 5th, a $15 late fee may be applied. If tuition is not paid 2 weeks past the due date my child will be removed from class until balance is paid.
